A Colorado Association of REALTORS® member was recently awarded the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
The South Metro Denver Association member who completed the curriculum required to achieve the highly acclaimed designation is Theresa Tscheschke Gunal of Centennial, CO. She joins other top producers in the residential real estate industry who hold the designation across the nation.
Theresa Tscheschke Gunal earned the “Graduate, REALTOR® Institute” (GRI) Designation by attending a minimum of 60 hours of classroom instruction, covering a variety of subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction.

CENTENNIAL – The South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association (SMDRA) has announced the association’s recipients of the SMART Designation. The South Metro Advanced REALTOR® Training Designation (SMART) is designed to reward and provide recognition to SMDRA REALTOR® members who exceed continuing education requirements as set forth by the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
Available exclusively to SMDRA REALTOR® members, the SMART designation is awarded to those who have earned at least 24 SMART points over a calendar year. Points were awarded to classes, including those that did not qualify for Continuing Education credit, and attendance was tracked throughout the year.
